SAG-ELIGIBLE

Rona Bernadette Arrogancia is an award-winning Filipinx-Chinese actor, director, and producer. Born in Daly City, raised in the Bay Area Peninsula, Rona grew up going to Blockbuster with her parents, running down the aisles to find her next favorite movie. Her parents would choose one, and she would choose one. Movie nights is where her lifelong love of visual storytelling began.

As she grew older, she performed in her elementary school’s band playing the alto saxophone and singing in choir class. In high school, she performed in her first play West Wing Follies and her first musical West Side Story at Riordan High School in San Francisco. It was her early years on stage that became the foundation of her craft.

With award-winning credits across film and theatre, Rona is known not only for the intensity and authenticity she brings to her roles, but also for her professionalism and collaborative spirit. She approaches every project with heart, focus, and a deep respect for the ensemble—committed to telling bold stories with honesty.
